Hakkasan Presents the TickPick Pre-Game Party Promotion Terms

ELIGIBILITY: All those who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older who buy a seat ticket, through TickPick, to the Super Bowl scheduled to take place at Allegiant Stadium, Las Vegas, NV on February 11, 2024 (the “Big Game”) (“Eligible Customers”), are automatically eligible for a complimentary ticket to the Hakkasan Presents TickPick Pre-game Party event scheduled to take place in Las Vegas, NV on February 11, 2024 from 10:30am - 3:30pm PST (the “Hakkasan Presents TickPick Pre-game Party”). Brokers and individuals who purchase ticket(s) through TickPick’s B2B Portal are not eligible for the Giveaway. As a condition of entry, participant must be a registered TickPick account holder residing in the United States of America who purchased a Big Game seat ticket through TickPick between December 12, 2023, and February 11, 2024.

By participating in the Promotion as described in these terms and conditions (the “Promotion Terms”), each participant represents and warrants that he, she or they are twenty-one years of age at the time of purchase and otherwise fully agrees to comply with these Promotion Terms.

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR TICKET: Upon purchase of a seat ticket to the Big Game through TickPick between December 12, 2023, and February 11, 2024, customers will be emailed a claim form by TickPick. Eligible Customers must claim their ticket by February 11, 2024 while supplies last and redeem it for a complimentary General Admission ticket to the Hakkasan Presents TickPick Pre-game Party Event.

Tickets to the Hakkasan Presents TickPick Pre-game Party Event provided through this giveaway are non-transferable and may not be resold or otherwise exchanged.

TICKET DESCRIPTION: Each ticket provided through this giveaway constitutes a single General Admission ticket to the pregame party at the Hakkasan Presents TickPick Pre-game Party Event, scheduled to take place on February 11, 2024 from 10:30am - 3:30pm PST. General Admission tickets to the Hakkasan Presents TickPick Pre-game Party Event have a retail value of $10 and can’t be purchased online through the Hakkasan website. General Admission tickets are inclusive of food and beverage. Food and beverages will not be available for purchase at the event.

RESTRICTIONS AND AVAILABILITY: Tickets to Hakkasan Presents TickPick Pre-game Party Event are provided pursuant to these Promotion Terms in connection with only the first 1000 Big Game tickets sold through TickPick following the start of this promotion. Following the sale of 1000 Big Game Tickets, this promotion will automatically end. Tickets to the Hakkasan Presents TickPick Pre-game Party Event are not for resale and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Tickets to the Hakkasan Presents TickPick Pre-game Party Event are subject to venue capacity restrictions.

OTHER RULES: This Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited.
