*If necessary – drawings will only occur if Eagles hosts a home playoff game for the applicable Entry Period.

One (1) winner will be selected randomly at each drawing from all eligible entries received during each Entry Period under the supervision of the Sponsor. Non-winning entries from prior Entry Periods will automatically be eligible to win a prize during a subsequent drawing during the Sweepstakes Period. Each potential winner will be notified via e-mail to the e-mail address they entered the Sweepstakes with within approximately one (1) day of the random drawing (the “Notification”). Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules, each potential winner will be declared an official winner of the Sweepstakes and given instructions explaining how to claim the Prize. Each potential winner will be required to sign and return (except where prohibited) completed and executed declaration and releases and a W-9 tax form (the “Paperwork”) within one (1) day of the Notification. After verification of the declaration, the Prize will be sent electronically to the email address provided. If a potential winner fails to return the Paperwork within the date and time indicated above, or is found to be ineligible, or if he/she/they does not comply with the Official Rules, such potential winner and his/her/their entry will be disqualified and another potential winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries received.  If the Notification is returned as undeliverable, this will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries. Number of drawings and drawing dates are subject to change, at Eagles and Sponsor’s sole discretion. 

Sponsor shall have no liability for a potential winner's failure to receive notices due to potential winner’s spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. The receipt by winner of the Prize is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. The value associated with the Prize is taxable as income and the Prize winner is solely responsible for any taxes, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state and local taxes that become due with respect to the value of the Prize. Sponsor must report the value of the Prize to the Internal Revenue Service in the year the Prize is received by the Prize winner and will be reported to the Prize winner and the Internal Revenue Service in the form of a Form 1099.  Prize winner will be electronically sent the tickets to the email address provided.  ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY POTENTIAL WINNER (AT SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH POTENTIAL WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

7. Prizes: In accordance with these Official Rules, the following prize will be awarded to one (1) winner for each Entry Period: Two (2) game tickets (approximate retail value (“ARV”): $600 ($300/ticket)), two (2) TickPick Landing Passes (ARV: $240 ($120/pass)), two (2) Eagles Tunnel Experience Passes (ARV: $400 ($200/pass)), and two (2) FanDuel Lounge Passes (ARV: $450 ($225/pass)) to the Philadelphia Eagles Home Playoff Game scheduled to take place at Lincoln Financial Field as set forth in the Drawing and Home Game Chart in Section 6 of these Official Rules (the “Game”). Total ARV of Prize: $1,690). Seat locations at the game shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Each winner’s guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her/their jurisdiction(s) of residence unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Travel expenses and any other costs associated with attendance at the Game shall be the sole responsibility of winner. Eagles and Sponsor reserve the right to remove or deny entry to any event or component of the Prize if, in their sole discretion, a winner’s behavior or the behavior of such individual’s guest is disruptive, belligerent, abusive, intended to annoy, threaten or harass, any other person at the venue or event. Under such circumstances, the individual (and/or guest) may be asked to leave and may forfeit all remaining portions of the Prize. Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified therein. In the event that the Game or any related event associated with the Prize does not occur, Sponsor or Eagles reserves the right to cancel and winner may not receive any Prize.

You are not guaranteed to win a prize and your chance of winning is dependent on the total number of eligible entries received during each Entry Period during the Sweepstakes Period. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. The Prize is nontransferable. Resale of tickets is prohibited. The winner must be 18+. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Rights Granted by you: By entering this Sweepstakes you understand that Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.

Terms: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Sponsor may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.

Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to; multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Sweepstakes rules; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: BY ENTERING YOU AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, PRIZE PROVIDERS, INCLUDING THE EAGLES, EAGLES STADIUM OPERATOR, LLC AND THEIR SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, PARTNERS, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS FROM ANY LIABILITY, ILLNESS, INJURY, DEATH, LOSS, LITIGATION, CLAIM OR DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, WHETHER CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OR NOT, FROM (I) SUCH ENTRANT'S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND/OR HIS/HER ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE OR ANY PORTION THEREOF, (II) TECHNICAL FAILURES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE MALFUNCTIONING OF ANY COMPUTER, CABLE, NETWORK, HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE; (III) THE UNAVAILABILITY OR INACCESSIBILITY OF ANY TRANSMISSIONS OR TELEPHONE OR INTERNET SERVICE; (IV) UNAUTHORIZED HUMAN INTERVENTION IN ANY PART OF THE ENTRY PROCESS OR THE PROMOTION; (V) ELECTRONIC OR HUMAN ERROR WHICH MAY OCCUR IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE PROMOTION OR THE PROCESSING OF ENTRIES.

11. DISPUTES: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF UNITED STATES AND NEW YORK, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES.
